Your saved data remains available to read and export. The trial is only available once, from signup; existing users do not receive another trial. Web subscriptions do not add a second trial; checkout shows when paid access begins.

No. BeFree never trains AI on your dumps, and they are never sold or mined for ads — they sort your day and nothing else. Our language-model provider is contractually barred from training on your content, and our privacy policy spells out exactly how each AI provider handles your data. Everything travels over encrypted connections.

Yes. Open Your plan in the web app and choose Manage subscription, or use your Apple subscription settings for an App Store purchase. For a Google Play purchase, open the Play Store and go to your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, using the Google account that made the purchase. Cancellation stops renewal; Pro normally stays active until the current trial or paid period ends, then your saved data remains readable and exportable. If your signup trial has already ended, Pro is required to keep creating and editing. One subscription covers the same BeFree account across devices.

There isn't one to keep. BeFree never receives or stores your raw audio — only the text of what you said ever reaches us. On Apple devices the transcription is Apple's, and depending on your device and language Apple may process the audio on its own servers to produce that text; in a browser it is handled by your browser's speech engine.

Only when you asked it to. Reminders fire at the time you set and nowhere else, quiet hours hold anything due overnight until morning, and there is no feed, no streak to keep and no badge stacking up on the icon. A day you put nothing down is not a failed day.

Not to try it — the demo on the home page is live and runs without signing in or saving anything. To keep what you capture and sync it across devices, you sign in with Google, Apple or an email address. No card either way.
