For App Review and TestFlight support, include:

The email address you used to sign in.
Your device model and iOS version.
A short description of what happened.
Screenshots or a screen recording if the issue is visual.

Do not send passwords, API keys, private calendar details, or sensitive personal information by email.

Common Help

Voice capture is not starting

Check iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Microphone and Speech Recognition, then make sure BeFree is allowed.

Reminders are not firing

Check iOS Settings → Notifications → BeFree and confirm notifications are allowed.

Widgets look empty

Open BeFree once after installing or updating. The app writes a fresh widget snapshot when it becomes active and when it moves to the background.

Siri shortcuts do not appear

Launch BeFree once after installing the TestFlight build, then check Settings → Siri & Search → BeFree. iOS can take a short time to index new App Intents.

Purchases or Pro status are missing

Open BeFree → You → Subscription → Restore Purchases. If the issue continues, email support with your BeFree account email and the approximate purchase time.

Export or delete account

Open BeFree → You → Account & Data. You can export your data or delete your account from there. See the full Data Deletion guide for details.
